NOMINEE SERVICES
We provide the following Nominee Services: Nominee Director, Nominee Shareholder, and Nominee Company. You may refer to OFFSHORE TOOLS-NOMINEES for the general information on and some sample applications of the above three offshore tools.
Nominee Director
The Nominee Director (Manager) is a natural person, who upon your specific request holds the position of a Director (Manager) in the company you ordered from us. The amount of compensation for Nominee Director's (Manager's) Services for one year is US$ 400; a fee of US$ 150 is levied for a one-year General Power of Attorney (GPA); authentication of a GPA with Apostille costs US $180.
We charge US$ 590 for a one-year Nominee Director's (Manager's) Package consisting of Nominee Director's (Manager's) Services and GPA authenticated with Apostille.
NOTE.

Nominee Shareholder
We provide a body corporate as a Nominee Shareholder (Member) in a company you ordered from us. The Nominee Shareholder's (Member's) Services must be renewed or extended 30 days prior to the anniversary of the date on the relevant Share (Member) Certificate.The amount of compensation for Nominee Shareholder's (Member's) Services for one year is US $590
We charge US$ 990 for a one-year Full Nominees' Package consisting of Nominee Director (Manager) Services, GPA authenticated with Apostille, and Nominee Shareholder's (Member's) Services.
Nominee Company
The general description of some Nominee Company's features is located in OFFSHORE TOOLS-NOMINEE COMPANIES . Our clients usually order a UK private limited company for that purpose.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- All Nominee Director's and Nominee Shareholder's (Member's) Services and GPA must be renewed or extended in 30 days prior to expiration of the relevant one-year period.
